No, you will be unable to use the 10% off your first order on any item (s) that are on sale or with any coupon codes we may use. Similarly coupon codes are only applicable on item (s) that are not on sale.

How much does International delivery cost and how long does it take?2016-12-08T10:10:13+00:00

International delivery cost – £13.50

We offer delivery of our products from our website to international destinations. The usual time frame for international deliveries may vary but is usually within 7 – 14 working* days.

*A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These may vary according to country.
If you’d like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address.

In some but not all instances, the recipient will need to sign for an international delivery; this depends on the local carrier and value of the order. We would advise you assume that someone needs to be in to receive the parcel.

Duty Payments

Products delivered to some destinations, mainly outside the EU, may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who’s ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.

No, orders can be paid using Paypal or a Credit / Debit Card.

PayPal is an electronic payment processor that allows customers to send money securely without divulging your bank information.

You can use this service even if you do not want to sign up for a Paypal account of your own. Making payments using PayPal is free of charge for you.

Below are steps you should follow if you choose to pay using a Credit/Debit Card

Step 1
At checkout, on the ‘Review & Payment page’ Click ‘Proceed to Paypal’

Step 2
You should arrive at a Paypal Payment screen. Look for a section on the screen that reads ‘Pay with a debit or credit card’ select this link to open the credit or debit card input screen.

Step 3
Enter your personal details, including your billing address and credit or debit card information. Thereafter click the ‘Pay’ button you complete your purchase.

In some circumstances we may be able to cancel your order, so please get in touch with us using our contact form as soon as possible. However, if you’ve received email confirmation that your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.

We set highly competitive prices for all our products with a dedicated team regularly checking them against other high street competitors. If we find a national high street competitor offering a better nationwide price for the same product, sold with the same service conditions, we‘ll lower our price to match their’s.

We provide FREE UK delivery on orders over £30, otherwise a cost of £3.95 is added to your basket.

Please allow up to 14 days for standard delivery within the UK. However in most cases your order will arrive within 5-7 working days. Standard UK Signed For* delivery is available for £3.95. We will not be responsible for any delays caused by mail carrier related issues.

*A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

What is the Refund and Exchange policy?2016-01-01T01:37:20+00:00

If you would like to refund or exchange your item (s) you can do this within 28 days of receiving your order.

Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging provided. The return section of our R&E form must be completed and included within the package.

You must arrange your own shipping and shipping costs must be prepaid. We cannot take responsibility for any items lost in the post and a refund will not be issued in such a case. So we advise that you use a tracking service, although this is not compulsory.

You will receive an email when the refund has been authorised. A refund can take up to 14 days to be processed to the same bank card used to make the purchase.

A refund can only be authorised if the item (s) are returned in a saleable condition, unworn and undamaged. If we are unsatisfied with the item (s) a refund will not be authorised.

With refunds, any promotional gifts accompanying your order must also be returned. Otherwise a refund will not be authorised.

An exchange can only be made if you would like a different size or colour of the same item (s) you ordered. The exchange section of our R&E form must be completed and included within the package

In the unlikely case that we make a mistake with your order, we will happy reimburse shipping costs, a maximum fee of £5.

For sale item (s) a refund can be made. However we cannot offer any exchanges.
